• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 business days for most locations in India.
• Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and courier partner availability.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), a small handling fee of ₹2 may apply.

Packaging

• Each piece of jewellery is carefully packed in premium Elura boxes to ensure safety and a luxury unboxing experience.
• Gift Packaging Option Available on Paid basis : You can upgrade your order with our premium gift packaging, which includes an elegant Elura gift box, ribbon wrapping, and a personalized gift card. A small additional charge of ₹30 applies at checkout.

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to logistics, weather, or high-demand seasons may occur.
• We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
