Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and freebies (if any).
- For hygiene and safety, earrings are non-returnable.
- Customized or engraved pieces are non-refundable unless delivered damaged or defective.
- Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage by the customer are not eligible.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days (bank/issuer dependent) for the refund to reflect.
- Shipping, COD fees, and gift wrap are also refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@eluraindia.com with your Order ID, issue summary, and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll share the return shipping steps and pickup details.
- Pack the item securely with all original inclusions.
Additional Terms (optional)
- International orders: duties/taxes are not refundable by Elura; please check with your local authority.
- Returns sent without prior authorization may be declined.
- For gifts: refunds go to the original payer unless store credit is requested (where available).
